About this parkrun
Two lapper with short start and finish extras. Long downhill (tarmac) and uphill (trail) makes up most of the laps. Excellent MTB bike park on same site. Very enjoyable!larkim 11th Sep 2021
Middleton Woods parkrun, bit of a tough course , 2 laps dropping down into the park with a long drag back to the top & an uphill finish -

Lovely parkrun with tarmac paths downhill and trail path through forest area back uphill. 2 laps with a finish straight. Large free car park near start.

A nice mix of tarmac and trail paths. Definitely up and down! Free parking and cafe with toilets available before the run.

Good parkrun with some trail paths for those of us who don’t really do trails! Good mixture of tarmac and trail and the downhills help make up for the uphill parts! Start is a bit further from the car park than I expected but easy to find.
