Cats Whiskers BEFORE: Disappointingly slow predicted time (based on 1500m race last week), especially as I theoretically ran a 5.43 mile before I got injured in April. :-( Will hopefully go below 6.21 but, based on this time, I'm theoretically quickest in the 3rd group, so won't necessarily have many people to drag me along. Might be a good thing, though, as I prefer front-running. We'll see! AFTER: Dead chuffed with this! New PB and club F35 record to boot. :-) Hit half-way in 3.00 mins and expected to Cambridge & Coleridge AC 6:05 6:05 6:21 6:05 70.22
