Cats Whiskers Shiny new PB! Dead chuffed with this as I wasn't intending to run it until I wrenched my shoulder throwing the discus an hour beforehand and had to drop out of the shot putt, which was on at the same time as the 3000m! Was able to hold the pace much better today (i.e. didn't slow as drastically), even into a stiff headwind on the back straight each lap. Came 2nd in the B-race. Cambridge & Coleridge AC 12:58 12:58 12:58 66.64
