Greenman Ideal conditions but a bit cold. Struggled with my breathing all the way-couldn't get it into a settled rhythm and so had problems with nausea. KatieB This was a lovely course. The weather was spot on, cold and bright. The hills were not too long and didn't affect my pace, kept within 8.5 all the way round. Ran with MRF for the second half which really helped. Nice downhill for the last mile and manged to increase the speed for the end. Couldn't be happier.
