Black Cat Can't believe I got a Fetch PB, still 7 minutes slower than my best from years ago though. My toe wasn't too bad although it was swollen a bit more by the time I got home. Grey Badger Ran better than i expected. Leg held up ok. Just a slight twinge from 3 mile mark.Beat last years time by 20sec and won the v45 first prize so well pleased. Northumberland Fell Runners 35:28 35:28 39:00 37:16 79.05

RununMan Not sure that i was going to be able to do this one as day before hols. Just turned up and ran with no target other than to keep it steady. It must have worked, ran well all the way and really felt strong at the end. Bit unlucky not to dip under 36, couldn't believe i got so close as i didn't look at the time until over the line.
