RunningBob Rather flat 5 miles round the Lake. Fast pace but really p!ssed down. Managed to stay with the leaders and ran up into 2nd for last 3 miles before being outsprinted in last 100m. Pleased with 3rd but must try to get a sprint. Wilmslow RC 26:24 27:22 30:00 28:44 78.87
