Boycie last minute decision to enter. Well worth it as won the race! Started steady - well not that steady, but steadier than the others. Into second by 3 miles, but leader a long way ahead. Fortunately he seemed to be tiring and come 5 miles i had closed him down. Mile 6 was a good battle between us and then i managed to pull away on the final hill and straight :-) Unaffiliated 34:46 36:02 36:02 73.38

LukeStur I think I beat my time from last year, but that's about the best that can be said about the run. Finished 6th so out of the medals!
