Alun Went out hard, what else can you do! Uphill start, small recovery after turning onto the flat but it quickly turns into the fast downhill segment to the flat of the high street, pushed hard to the bottom of the hill into the castle before my youngest son passed me on his way to a 28 second PB, I trailed in 5 seconds later! Happy with 5:43.3 off of the back of another mile race on Sunday, 800m on Monday and a 5k on Tuesday evening. Medway & Maidstone AC 5:12 5:41 5:45 5:43 76.29
