Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I want to go under the hour and hopefully recent training will let me do that - as long as it's as flat-ish as I remember!! *UPDATE* OMG!!!! woohoo :)

A little disapointed, but none the less second fastest 5 miler.

Lovely to see MoaT and to catch up with Agent Orange.
Agent Orange
Nearly a painful lesson in bad pacing. Set off rather too fast and then struggled in miles 3 and4, losing a few places (and I don't remember much of the scenery). But kept it going, reclaimed some of those places in the last mile, and am delighted with the time. Ran the first half in around 16.45 and was over a minute slower for the second half which tells its own story. Lovely to see MoaT and SF doing well too.
