Boba terrible race, ran the first half 7m/m felt good, well on time for a sub 1:35, after bombing up a hill at about 8 miles felt my hamstring pull rather more than it should have, couldn't do more than a  jog for the next 4 miles, and walking most of the last mile in agony. WACA Last mile into a strong wind was a nightmare, further can't believe that fate would again leave me on my p.b for the 3rd time this year.
