GD Dammit - 8 secs outside PB! Still, can't complain too much - really struggled throughout most of the race, with two KM splits over 5 mins. Quite an undulating course, but no real big climbs. Very humid too. I'd forgotten that the last 3KM were pretty much downhill, though - so made up a lot of time there. FERC 39:47 42:24 45:00 43:51 60.23
