Javthrower Lincoln Triathlon. swim (transition) - 11.19 Bike 15 miles ish - 58.59 very windy run 5k (in was not this distance otherwise that is a massive PB more like 4k) 23.43. Really enjoyed this. Legs just would not run. Had the pain in my side again since Friday night and couldn't take deep breathe so that didn't help. Hadn't biked since last years race and didn't get as much swimming practice as I would have liked. Still not confident enough to do front crawl all the way. 1.30 minutes faster than last year. Roll on next years Werrington Joggers, Olympic Harriers 1:34:02 1:34:02
