Javthrower Came 2nd in javelin international. Threw 36.11. Came 2nd to same French lasy as last year. Was first Brit again. Throwing was pants, wasn't anything there felt flat. Didn't help there wasn't any where to have a warm up throw before hand. Think I was trying to protect my right side where I've been having pain recently. Felt it on first throw. Definitely wasn't putting normal power into throw which is my strength. Cannot complain bearing in mind about of training undertaken. Need to get my finger out for 2 weeks time ready to defend my national title again. Werrington Joggers, Olympic Harriers 1:34:02 1:34:02
