suukii Quite a warm and sunny time during the race. Felt comfortable throughout, and managed a good strong finish, sprinting past one lady who was in front of me. The course was brilliant, very little traffic. The race marshals were friendly and helpful. The beer at the end was tasty. Running Sisters put in a good effort. Definitely an incentive for some interval training, although my next race is a high and undulating half in France, so hill training is top of the list for the next few weeks.
