Scott S 34:01 according to my Garmin. New PB :) Official time 2 secs slower. Fast start - was at 6:30 min/mile from the off when normally I start at 7:20ish. Nice gravel track after a while and the lovely smell of sewage / fish straight after that (and you got to experience it twice!) Ran behind some others in the second mile and lost a few vital secs here than would have got me the sub 34 - perhaps should have paid more attention to my time and sped up? Did see a lorry with the finish sign the first time around but when running to where it was on the final lap, it had moved so had to run at pace a bit further. Nice to see a water station just before 2.5 miles although temps and weather were great for running - little cloudy, warm, light breeze along the sea wall. Plenty of marshalls about showing the way, St John's ambulance and some police on the route too. No problems with traffic either. Plenty of signs although the arrow on the sign pointing to the start could have been bigger :) Just followed a few people and came across a sign saying start and someone chalked a line on the road 5 mins beforehand.
