Ran 33.14 at Shinfield 10km so two sub 17s back to back, surely now I can put this to bed.

Bushy Park TT 1st place. Plan was 5.30 pace and kick, last 10 seconds as I slotted in behind the leader with JAP beside me. By 2kms I was in front and pushing the pace. 3 to 4 into the wind alone were hard but I kicked for the last km and all happy. More to come for sure.

First 5k of the year. Very happy with a solid run on tired legs. I felt fresh aerobically at the end so I know faster is possible :-) 1st lady or 15th overall out of 439 runners.
Part of a much longer run today. The miles before and after BPTT were much slower than this. Found it pretty hard work this morning. Maybe its the hot weather.
