Grey Badger A series of 4 races ran on paths and roads in Jesmond Dene, Armstrong and Heaton parks. Handicaps decided on by your last 4 races and best 5k and 10k results in the last year. Legs were still stiff and sore from fell race on saturday but i ran better than i could have hoped and beat last years best time by 3 sec.
