Vicksta Had a sore throat and felt a bit miserable for a couple of days. Was shivery before the race. Ran quite well considering, had better willpower than at HBO and legs felt less heavy. Rain was a bit yuk, but not as windy as HBO. Was disappointed to finish in 16th, 5 places lower than last time, and got overtaken by people who I had finished in front of at Stortford. A woman overtook me in the last 100 yards, again :-(. Still, given I didn't feel too great it was a reasonable performance. Harlow RC 44:17 45:31 46:31 46:12 64.84
Vindicator Long hill from 3-7K, but did 41.42 on a tough course the other week. If everything clicks, it may be possible Finished 69/224 (30.8%) Harlow RC 40:21 41:42 42:00 42:14 62.87
