la bandit have trained hard for this one so im sure i can achieve sub 40 as long as the conditions are ok on sunday.

conditions were not good i was on for sub 40 at 5k then the wind seemed to make it tougher and the rain never let up all day,on the whole i give it my best shot on a difficult day Grantham AC, Stamford Striders 39:08 39:43 39:50 41:28 71.65

Monster Feet Just wanted to come in under the hour for Mr MF's first ever race. Weather was a bit miserable, but really enjoyed this run and well done to Mr MF who did really well, especially with me dragging him round faster than what we'd discussed ('cause I knew he could handle it)!

Hills were gentle and evenly spaced throughout, and was a good introduction to running with other people - some of the bits were incredibly narrow and single file aling the busy road. Muddy bit at the finish took us both by surprise! Unaffiliated 44:49 44:49 59:59 54:43 54.31
