Beezgirl Summer League race no.4 - Worksop. Woah! Don't have a clue where that came from. Felt fine before and wasn't expecting anything. I took the first mile really easy. Felt absolutely brilliant until mile 3, where my stomach started to complain. Still, I overtook 3 women from there and came in 9th place and a 9 second (tbc) p.b. Not bad, when my running has been so crap and such a chore recently. Beautiful course, though it was little wet! ** Time was in fact 32:24. I should really wear my own stopwatch in future!** Redhill Road Runners 32:15 32:15 32:24 73.56
CC2 Speedy Goth This was my 5 mile PB race last year. And I think the year before too. It's a nice, mostly off road course and even though it was boiling hot the past couple of years it is very shady so wasn't too much of a problem. Trehis Fantastic race on a brilliant undulating course and only 14 seconds slower than my time at Holme Pierrepont two months ago and I was not really trying to hard for this one. Unaffiliated 31:19 31:19 31:33 72.98
