Lethargic 10secs off my Pb, went thru 5k only 20secs off that Pb also, so good running. slight shine injury problems, new shoes have sorted the fault. Sub 33 next 10k... Long Eaton Running Club 32:13 33:23 32:45 33:34 79.37
MAD Superman knocked 1 min 11 secs off my official pb of 39:42 (although I did run 39:35 at Crossdale but it was unoffical so technically didn't count!). Went off a bit quick but settled and dug in the last 2 miles. Perfect weather and a fast course, though there were lots of twists and turns towards the finish and a lap of a muddy field. splits were 5:35 6:03 6:09 6:18 6:26 6:07 1:52 Redhill Road Runners 35:43 38:05 38:00 38:31 68.54

Pricey 33:28, a big PB. Am really happy with that. Although flat, the course isn't the quickest, the 1.5k on gravel road and the last 500m on the school field added alot of time. Very enjoyable race though and the weather was kind again. UKnetrunner 32:33 33:28 33:59 33:28 78.88
