sharkster Didn't feel on form for this at all; every kilometre was a struggle (too big a breakfast I think), and a big stitch at 7km. Managed to PB by a minute, despite the above ... and the rain, but felt I should have done better. Next time ... sub-42 I think. Unaffiliated 42:40 42:40 43:00 42:40 63.00
