Night-owl To be honest not sure how i am going to do in the middle of heavy marathon training my only other mile race was back in september in Victoria Park on one weeks training due to injury UPDATE Fantastic a pb by 28 seconds Woo hoo :) Unaffiliated 7:27 7:40 7:59 7:43 55.84
