paul the builder Don't know the course, but no reason this shouldn't be a PB I think. Training has increased quality and quality since summer last year....UPDATE - I thought 41min was on the cards, but felt good about splits of even 4:00s and 5km in 19:55, so tried to hang on for sub-40.... oh well. Pleased with a 3 minute PB, and I'll find those 5 seconds and more next time!! Larne AC 37:49 37:57 42:00 40:05 66.74
