Lalli I've never run a 5 miler, so this will be a PB by default! All paid up and entered. Update 7 May: number arrived today - all systems go! Ran a 5 miler today - 1 mile warmup, 3 miles tempo (min 9.45 mm), 1 mile cool down - 48.42 mins! *Edit* - very hot indeed. Good race, Garmin time 47:28 for 5.01 miles. Clock time 47:38. MumOnTheRun Great race, but way too hot for me today. Really wanted sub 40 (actually thought could get nearer 37) but it just wasn't the day for it. Still, love this race and didn't manage to get lost this time (couldn't possibly have done, as course was well marked and marshalled with some of the friendliest marshals around).
