Ultracat It was a very nice 5k run round Castle Fraser, the paths were dry and mostly good terrain. One killer hill at 4k which came after a nice gently downhill bit. I ran up the little muddy path at the side of the steps as I really can't run up steps, mostly on my toes as it was so steep, felt comfortable throughout the race and enjoyed it.
