Gobi Did it last year off my highest mileage running week while preparing for Half Ironman UK. This year it is my half of choice. Again part of my shorter distance go faster theory relying on my base mileage through Comrades training with shorter speed work after the marathon. MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!!!!!! Run went well from the start 5 miles 35 mins 8 miles 55 mins 10 miles 1:08.02 (3 seconds from my 10 mile PB) Felt fast and strong, think I can go faster Cannock & Stafford AC 1:13:26 1:27:52 1:29:00 1:27:52 66.17
