ugly If the race pb 1hr 18mins is anything to go on this should prove pretty tough,looking forward to it!!!(did i say that!).....UPDATE...Super race,going along nice at sub 7mi miling then calf went,no way i was going to stop so just carried on the best i could,hills wasn't too bad even with a sore calf,got round and another race done.Well done to Kwame who beat me 1-1 now.Hernia op next Monday hope to be back sooner rather than later.Despite it all,really enjoyed my day and seeing my buddies and a race on top is great. new eltham joggers 1:19:13 1:32:44 1:29:59 1:41:02 63.21
