Runningheva Worked really hard from the off. No km markers except at 5k, so had to guess the pace. OK fot the first 8k then stomach cramps and an urgent need for the loo. Very pleased to clock 1m faster than yesterday. 4 down, one more race to go. Rugby & Northampton AC 44:26 44:26 45:30 78.45
