pudding monster the organisation for this race was an absolute shambles. i would never consider doing it again. Athletics East 38:02 40:17 40:17 74.36
sharkster Couldn't feel my face or hands for most of that. Kept up a good pace most of the way round - but slowed down significantly on the first half of the second lap, when the sleet and wind were really driving in. Good to be able to see the finish all the time - especially encouraging on the last leg. Despite the weather, I quite enjoyed that. Tav H I should be able to PB on this course, in training I am going close to 52 minutes, in fact once I have been bang on 50. UPDATE: stopped my watch late, so will have to wait for chip time anyway, but I went sub-50! In driving sleet! WOOHOO! Unaffiliated 43:53 49:16 53:00 49:16 54.86
