Nephi 1st Half and very happy, enjoyed the challenge. Position 156 / 799 (29 / 106 M40) Target 7:30 min/miles to get sub 1:40, went out a bit faster to take advantage of the down hill bits and averaged 7:28 over all. RichMallaber Disappointed not to get a PB with all the miles I've put in recently - I should have gone out quicker at the start! RunningBob This was my first HM in 2004 and I've run it every year since. Remains one of my all time favourite races - great atmosphere, course and scenery.
