crispy Really enjoyed this one. Bit disappointed with my time but it was still a pb for this race. It was on the downhill I suffered, I felt I just couldn't get enough air in my lungs. Felt better uphill though, I decided to run all of this one as opposed to walking the steep bits which I have done in the past. Not bad considering the past couple of weeks I have had.
