Lisrun Started at the attractive quayside. Quite a bit was on paths through sand dunes and on pavements of roads close to the sea. Lovely sunny day with a good cool sea breeze. Almost flat course apart small undulations among the dunes. Pleased with my third fastest time.Tee shirt for all finishers 100 Marathon Club, North East Marathon Club 45:35 46:27 47:50 63.72
