Lisrun haven't done this one for a while - I enjoyed it last time. Hilly side of undulating as I recall. *update* Great run, fairly warm, but the hills weren't as bad as I remembered. makem 1 if i can find this race , i might well fancy this one for a pb, dont know why as yet *update* think i was having a laugh about a pb, i found this course very tough, it was like hill city, struggled at times . although the scenery was very nice and the race was well marshalled, i just dont do hills lol, well not that many any way, i like me boring flat courses where i can get pbs lol but got to say managed to get round it in 44.19 and i have to be pleased with that and i won a spot prize, a bottle of black sheep ale, its just a shame i,m tee total. also managed to meet a couple of fetchies lisrun and flip , had a canny chat over a cup of tea and a sandwich sunderland harriers 37:44 41:12 43:00 44:19 60.99
