bevunit A PB hurrah! Mostly flat course, nice sunny day though a little windy. Really pleased with my pacing all the way round. Plan was to keep close to 8:30 all the way. Managed this ok with the help of my 305 and speeded up when I saw the 5m marker and tried to hold on as well as possible. Definitely think I could go faster. Wrecsam Tri 52:06 52:06 52:06 57.24

Simons Dad A good course and I have previously broken my PB on it, so hoping for more of the same!Smashed my PB by 75 seconds - absolutely brilliant. Set out with the intention of running 42.30, and had even written the required split times on my hand. in the end, I actually ran 38 seconds faster than 42.30, so I'm chuffed to bits. It was a really sunny day, although a bit windy, but temperature was good. Second time I've broken my PB on this course!!! Unaffiliated 40:24 40:24 42:30 41:52 66.47
