Alopex
The second anniversary of my racing debut. It's about time they reversed the route though eh? :-)

Hoping for a sub 45, & a top 200 finish

Should have pushed harder. Ran back to Warwick almost as quickly. Great race though
LTW
Was very hot so quite hard work. Last year it took me 1 hour exactly so I was planning on a bigger improvement. Still there is always next year
smifffie
Not done a 10K for ages, so here goes a tester ;0)

Oh eck wheels fell off that one, legs really tired. Sorry :(
paulcoz
Really warm day even though race started at 9am. Pleased with time just under 10 minutes faster than last year :-)
Dowse
Too many up hills and not enough down hills, don't remember it like that from last year! Very, very warm.
Bri Mill
If i beat 40 mins this year i will be happy won't beat last years time
upsy daisy
I'm happy to have beaten last year's time, approx 3 mins quicker, so I must be improving. It was a warm morning, but started early, so was finished by 10. Shame about the t-shirt ( medium was the smallest they offered and was 2 inches bigger than last year's) at least the charity shop do well out of me for t-shirts. Poor goody bag for the cost of the entry...........
Boingy
If I don't PB here I'll eat a very large hat. :-) ----- Very happy with todays run ! Was hard work, but dug in up the hills and finished strongly. Very well run race, will put it in the diary for next year.
Johnny Blaze
I did this in 54 59 last year I think.
Hoping to knock a couple of mins off this year as I have dropped some pork and running better generally.

UPDATE: a big 51 23 on a very hot day. Thx to anyone who bet on me!

I wanted to go sub 50 minutes but a pb on a course which is "undulating" is a v satisfactory result!
GOWER118
well done all who ran it was a hot one
Grumpy fella
Hot n hilly. But then I expected nothing less. Moderately happy on the basis that I don't run well in the warm, result of being too heavy.
Good organisation. Good route, apart from one very little loop on the housing estate. Great support.
Thanks to all the marshals and apologies to the motorists who were held up, thanks for your patience.
Superwoman
PB unlikely here; my sub 40min pb earlier this year was on a fast flat course!
Marts
This will be my 6th race in 7 days so no PB but its my bday so fancied a weekend away:) couple of beers last night and 5 races earlier in week so started at comfortable pace and used it as fast training run. then ran back to Warwick afterwards. Tight start and expensive but super place to finish, excellent medal and friendly marshalls
Aitchbee
My first ever 10k! Will be happy if I get round in under 75 mins, especially now I've seen the course route!! UPDATE: spot on 75 according to chip time. Great course except the housing estate where I totally got confused about where I was (and that loop round the cul-de-sac, grrr).
atko
Stopped for a pee. Ahem
nickmorgs
Still my best 10k time. Hope to beat that this year.
