Deenzy My first ever 5k TT. I went off quickly at about 6.5 mm pace which I was never going to be able to hold so slowed down a bit and finished in just over 23 mins with average pace of about 7.5 mm which I am very pleased with. Dubois Before: First race back after injury in April, training has been light. Will be delighted just to run and over the moon with anywhere near 23 mins; I suspect that will prove a struggle.
