Kieren Went out way too fast and was in trouble at the first 400 meters. Dropped right off the pace towards the end of the 1st lap and managed to settle into a more aerobic pace. Legs were shot after running LFTOM the day before and RPTT that very morning. Course was quite fast and pretty open so hard to draft or use an other xc tactics Serpentine RC, Ealing Eagles Running Club 38:34 60.32
