Deenzy Hard work, managed to keep up with Dr Death until the last 800. Not sure I could have given much more but well pleased to have knocked nearly nearly a minute and a half off my first effort. Left Foot Oh carp! I should have warned everyone not to bet on me. This was unsurprisingly slow for me as I haven't been putting the speed work in. But to be honest, it's not as bad as I was expecting. Great little event and very convenient for me time and location-wise so will have to do it regularly and see if I can ever better my ridiculous PB. What drugs was I ON when I ran that???
