Drank half a bottle of wine last night, haven't slept well this week, and didn't intend to run this hard, but found myself going out quite fast and managed to hang on until the end. Less than a minute away from my PB, on a much hillier course. Unaffiliated 24:32 24:32 25:22 60.40
