Boab Tough race to choose for first one back. Set off a little quick and paid for it at end of first lap, so slowed it down and came back strong at the end. Even splits, enjoyed the race. Unaffiliated 32:55 70.13

jamborigg this was quite a tough race ,everybody seemed to be falling down Lothian RC 39:00 35:18 67.39
RichyC Tough course but felt stronger and enjoyed this more than my first attempt at XC at Broxburn a few months back. Struggled to stay on my feet again with just wearing normal running trainers, really must invest in a pair suitable for XC! Garmin recorded the distance as 5.26miles. Unaffiliated 36:44 62.21
