Speedy2 Did someone mention hills? Well that's the hardest race I've ever entered! 12th.
I also made it 21+ miles not 19.5 (or 20). Alton Runners 2:39:57 2:39:57 2:39:57 56.81

Shadow Walker Garmin time 2:57:00 for 20.86ml Results time 3:00:19 52nd. Did not beat last years time but then the course took a different route and had an additional climb. Had some problems in the mud as wearing road shoes and the frozen mud was not to my likeing. Thanks to all the marshals for giving up there time, food and drink was spot on. Once again a great well organised event. Will be back next year. City of Salisbury A & RC 2:54:30 3:00:19 2:50:00 3:00:19 51.12

Mud Rocs Mean Valley Plod, aptly named run round the South Downs, stunning scenary and lovely sunny weather , great marshalls with cakes, jelly babies and bottles of water - plus soup, tea and more cake at the finish - finally found race organisers who understand my needs! Position 119th with a race time of 3:19:42. Started off very steady and gradually moved up the field after 8 miles or so. Holcombe Harriers 3:19:16 3:19:16 3:21:00 3:19:16 46.64
Chandy Meon plod. No sleep night before (sleep initially a bit sweaty but put this down to foolishy having a hot bath just before). Felt rough - shouldn't have done it... Plodded round to try to keep my heart rate down - obviously not over cold from last week. Unaffiliated 3:20:57 3:20:57 3:20:57 44.54
Paulie Fantastic cross-country race, with incredibly supportive marshals, great food, some unrunnable hills, and stunningly beautiful scenery. Trail Running Association, LDWA 3:34:34 3:34:34 3:20:00 3:34:34 44.40
Windsurfin' Susie That was hard! Mind you, it was the best conditions we've had in years. There was still some very tricky conditions underfoot - I fell over in the mud! Beautiful day, beautiful countryside, glad I did it. Victory AC 3:44:09 3:44:09 3:44:09 47.32

Running Caz Was actually 21M and 3300ft. Very tough race. toughest I've done, was a training run, although I'm not sure I could have ran it any better. Quite pleased with the time considering we ran it in ROAD shoes!! Very deep mud, steeeep hills but very scenic, lovely weather and such great organisation, facilities and free food :-) Cobra RC 3:52:39 3:52:39 3:52:39 42.34
