rleyton My first 5k since joining a running club, and I'd hoped to score a PB, even though friends who knew the course were advising it was tougher. Certainly was, but was disappointed when my time came out at 24:20, 40s slower than I'd hoped. However, joy aplenty when I returned to Glasgow to find my official timewas 23:18 - A PB by 20s. I realised this was because I'd forgotten to reset my Garmin after accidentally setting it off during my warmup! Wooo! Bellahouston Road Runners 20:43 23:18 23:18 55.74
