Chandy Great organisation, refreshments on route and at end, massage was a very nice touch as well. Directions were great improvement on 2006 when there weren't any - although still a bit of route finding needed during the run.Run went well. Twisted ankle (again) but could run through it. 26.25 by Garmin. 1.35:09 for 13.Bargain run, would do again if i was Marathon training again. Unaffiliated 3:09:01 3:09:01 3:17:15 62.18
dockers great race, something very different, didn't get lost, felt quite good, saving myself for the next 2 marathons: 5 weeks to Bungay and another 5 weeks to Halstead. Unaffiliated 3:50:15 3:58:47 4:15:00 52.88
Longy buggered my foot on this one, but fab race a must evry year Haverhill RC 3:15:55 3:16:11 3:16:11 62.14

Mud Rocs 22nd out of 82. Good training run round Cambridge - excellent company from Tramps for the most part - felt strong in the last few miles picking runners off and managed to keep a consistent pace over the second half.

mxhornet Just using at as a LSR

Update - longer and slower than planned !! Did a short warm up to try and get toilet visit out of the way before the start, then went on two detours during the race. Serve me right for joking about it ;) Bure Valley Harriers 2:38:40 4:06:35 3:45:00 4:06:35 53.39
Nightjar Race was made quite tough for me by the head wind on the first half and lingering fatigue from recent races. Sorry to say to the person that bet on me that a PB was never on for this - not after Draycote anyway, but thanks! Bedford Harriers AC, LDWA 3:40:42 3:40:42 4:30:00 4:16:14 50.53
Paulie Well organised race, with cheerful marshals on the water stops, and fantastic showers in the leisure centre. Trail Running Association, LDWA 3:30:21 3:30:21 4:10:00 4:00:26 54.30
tramps Decent course around Cambridge, although too much tarmac for my liking. Mars, buns, bananas & sports drink en-route. Like 100 others, I added an extra 0.4M just to make it more interesting. Satisfying long run. Saffron Striders RC 3:27:25 3:27:25 3:59:58 3:49:56 54.16
