Alun Good hard run on a windy day, hills were tough as usual but resisted the temptation to walk hands on knees. Competed in all 7 races for the 1st time in 4 years and finished with another improved average rating of 75.93 That's 43.03 in 2003/4, 60.91 in 2004/5, 67.29 in 2005/6 and 71.02 in 2006/7 Medway & Maidstone AC 33:14 37:13 37:13 65.56
