Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Part of Blackpool Marathon Training*******Had a dream race. Bit of a breeze in places, but otherwise ideal conditions Planned on 6:40 minute miles and managed to stay ahead of target the whole way.

A good fast course despite the wind. Really enjoyed myself racing in the town where I grew up. That is the official gun time, my actual time was 1:11:46.

great race with a bit of a sting in it's tail between 7 and 9 miles, still great chance of a 10 mile PB.

I live in Pocklington and am looking forward to this, our club, event of the year. Should be good.
Fantastic race for me. Felt really strong all the way round. Mild day with a SW breeze that was a bit tricky up to 7 miles, but behind you when you most needed it on the way back. Held up well and a new pb, well pleased.
Drifter
last minute transfer from someone else, so no taper. chuffed with result
