GD Ah - the start of my injury (hip) problems. Had to start walking about 4 miles out. Hobbled the odd few hundred yards as & when the pain subsided sufficiently. Then with a lap of the park to go, spotted the editor of our local paper overtaking me - not having this, I made myself run the rest of the way. Beat him, but couldn't run for six months with the hip problem - which still bothers me to this day. Clever move, eh? FERC 1:27:25 2:02:57 2:07:55 2:07:55 45.32
