bedlam_g Bad start, it was very narrow at the beginning and I got stuck too far back. Had to spend the first 2 mins walking/jogging. After the start I felt I'd be lucky to beat 50mins which totally relaxed me. Had a much more comfortable run than last week. Maybe the sedate start helped me. Feeling very positive about Dumbarton.
