Serendippily 4x round a Richmond park circuit with two inclines but avoiding the really steep section. Sweetly organised remember 20p for toilets but they had portaloos too and the runthrough race limits meant it wasn't too crowded. I was a long way off a pb though FERC 2:08:22 2:13:50 2:25:00 2:29:24 47.22
