Slow Going Cor - this was hard... I was pleased with a big PB, but was in with a sniff of sub-45 (half way at 22:25). km 6,7 and 8 felt very tough, and I lost almost the whole minute over these 3 km. Finished 90th of 278 UKnetrunner 42:20 44:41 46:30 45:54 57.85
